Mine? Great Service from everyone that came and helped me. I certainly enjoy life and laugh and have plenty of them the day I bought my new Prius. I've certainly got to know Toyota over the last eight years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I will know if the work done on my Highlander was well done after I have driven it. However, I feel that the price was high-parts under $100,labor $1,700. Though I'd scheduled my car for service on Friday, at the end of next week, over the week end, my 'check engine' light went on. I appeared at the Service Desk on Monday morning without warning. In spite the end of next week, over the week end, my 'check engine' light went on. I appeared at the Service Desk on Monday morning without warning. In spite of showing up 4-days early and unannounced, Chris worked me in. I really appreciate the way the whole service area worked together to accomodate me. I was very pleased with the work. I have been coming to Miller Toyota for all my car needs for 10 years. Chris Conger is the very best. He helps me keep my Sequoia in top shape. His recommendations are excellent. The new service area however looks and feels like a hospital waiting room. I also feel that the price I was charged for my new Michelins was way too much...and if you are going to "soften" the cost with a rebate, you should do it up front instead of having the customer go through the internet leg work. I will remain a Toyota man but I have no idea what I'll buy when my SUV gives up the ghost. Today's Sequoia is just a Tundra with a Sequoia name. Stephen McKeown, Sun City West. More

At one time my wife and I had two RAV4; a 2000 and a 2009. We're now down to just the 2009. Over the years we've taken both vehicles to Larry Miller for service and continue to take the 2009. Chris Conger has been our service writer/adviser for most of those years. He is by far the most conscientious and trustworthy service writer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When we take our car in for routine preventative maintenance I know that the work we've requested will be done right the first time. I also know that if Chris should call to let me know that during the pm service something was found that needs repair I can trust his word without question. Chris Conger is a skilled professional who is always courteous and friendly. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, competent and perhaps most importantly a trustworthy service writer for their vehicle/s. More
