The Communication Sucks, the service Manager Melanie/ Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my ca Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my car (why be rude when you’re working in CUSTOMER service?!). She pretty much told me “they were doing me a favor” for fixing my car (THERE WAS A KIA RECALL ON THE MOTOR). I was pretty much playing middle-man between them and the rental car company. Overall the only reason I’d go back would be to see Chris A. Other than that 0/10 super Ghetto, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Especially if you have to deal with anything other than sales. More

As soon as I arrived they were able to check my car and do what I wanted done or needed done on my car..Plus, answered all of my questions concerning the condition of my car...After the tune-up and 30 poin do what I wanted done or needed done on my car..Plus, answered all of my questions concerning the condition of my car...After the tune-up and 30 point inspection, the car was cleaned inside and out....It drove smooth and comfortable..The customer rep. helped me with pairing my phone with the vehicle bluetooth set-up...I really had a nice dealership service. More
