Exactly as Advertised, Knowledgeable, Quick & Easy! As a busy professional, I did not have much time for car shopping. I reviewed the inventory and narrowed down the cars that I was interested in using As a busy professional, I did not have much time for car shopping. I reviewed the inventory and narrowed down the cars that I was interested in using my credit union and Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring’s website. I submitted a request for information via the dealership’s website and was contacted by Sales and Leasing Consultant Chevist Mitchell. Chevist was very friendly, professional and accommodating and even adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our availability. We made an appointment and when I arrived at the dealership Chevist had the cars that I expressed interest in waiting for me to test drive. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Chevist was about all the features of the cars. He took the time to explain and demonstrate every feature of the cars before I got behind the wheel to test drive. I found everything including the price to be exactly as shown online, and exactly as discussed by phone and my USAA True Car discount was credited to the price ... NO Bait and Switch!!!! We were also warmly greeted by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Carlos Arias, who said they would match the interest rate that our credit union offered. We were not pressured to make a decision that day as we wanted the weekend to firm up our decision about which car to select. On Monday, went back to the dealership where we were warmly greeted by Chevist. We purchased the car and everything was exactly as promised, yes they even matched my credit union’s interest rate. We also had a great experience with the Finance Manager, Dorit Figueroa. Chevist ensured that we were well informed and the entire process was accommodating, straight-forward, quick, easy and most of all No Car Dealership tricks, pressure and No Bait and Switch. Unexpected Excellence! Buying my new E350 was an unexpected pleasure, unexpectedly easy, but most of all I met unexpectedly nice people in the process! I wasn't sure I would buy a car the day I bought. But Chevist Mitchell took me on an education of my car and after a short test drive I was hooked. The details were made easy to understand and options were explained to my satisfaction. When we had to close the deal, we met Brad Fischer, who was remarkable! The best car buying experience I've ever had!! I was in the market for a vehicle upgrade and came across a beautiful 2018 Mercedes Benz CLA250 with extremely low miles and an AMAZING price. I sent I was in the market for a vehicle upgrade and came across a beautiful 2018 Mercedes Benz CLA250 with extremely low miles and an AMAZING price. I sent an inquiry to the dealer to confirm that the vehicle was available. No more than 5 minutes later, I received an email from Khalil Nuri letting me know the vehicle was available. Shortly after that I was contacted by Sales Consultant Chevist Mitchell. He introduced himself and was very pleasant in asking if I would like to make an appointment to come in to view and test drive the vehicle. I informed him that I would and he proceeded to schedule an appointment for me the following day. I let him know that I only had evening availability and he was gracious in letting me know that whatever time worked for me, worked for him. The day of our initial appointment I ended up needed to postpone one day because my husband could not accompany me. Chevist was super accommodating and rescheduled our appointment to 7:30pm the next day. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were met with a warm welcome from Chevist. We went to his desk and discussed the 2 cars I wanted to have a look at. when he looked up the initial car that I fell in love with, we realized that it had been sold. He worked diligently in finding a comparable vehicle for me, but I informed him that I already had a backup in mind. Low and behold, the vehicle was already parked outside as if it were waiting for me! :-) Chevist was very thorough in going through all of the features of the CLA and extremely knowledgeable in all that the vehicle had to offer. He initially drove the car off of the lot and let me bring it back in. He was so amazing in his descriptions and explanation of the vehicle and it's features, that I was pretty much sold on it as soon as we arrived back to the lot. That was until he pulled the 2016 C- Class around that I had also asked to see. Despite it being after 8:30pm at this point, and the dealer closing within 30 minutes, Chevist took his time and went over the differences in the c class and also took me out on another just as thorough test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, my mind had been made...I was choosing the C Class! After informing him of my decision (after 9pm- dealers closing hours) he got to work on getting the process started. We walked in the door with financing and informed him of this. After he got the basic info from us, he passed our info to Brad in Finance and Brad eagerly got to work. I felt bad that it was beyond their closing hours, but they didn't seem to mind at all. After a few minutes, Brad came back and let us know that though we had already had financing, that he may be able to get us a better rate through MB. We told him that it was OK to try and he attempted that evening but was unable to get through to them. In efforts not to hold us any later that necessary, we used our pre-approved financing and were out of the door shortly after that. Chevist and Brad planned for us to return on Friday because it was so late, my vehicle was not able to be detailed and cleaned up- but that didn't matter to me because I was in my lovely new Benz!! We received a call from Brad in finance yesterday (on his day OFF :-) , informing us that he not only was able to get us approved though Mercedes Benz, but that he was able to get our rate cut in half from the rate of the lender that we had our pre-approved financing from, but that the approval also included a tire and rim protection package that I initially inquired about but our pre-approved lender wouldn't agree to. So now we are set to return on Friday for a full thorough detailing of my new baby and to sign new papers on our significantly improved offer!! This by far has been the most pleasant, stress-free, and amazing car buying experience that I have ever had. I would like to personally thank Khalil for the initial contact, Chevist Mitchell for being an AMAZING sales consultant who was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient, Brad in Finance for not only closing the deal for us, but going back to make sure that the deal was the one that was in our best interest (especially on his day off), Jay (The sales manager I believe)for being there until we were all squared away, and lastly, the Night custodian who couldn't close up shop until we were out of there. Despite the late hours in which our experience rolled into, everyone remained friendly and professional and we are very gracious and appreciative for it. SO, after my VERY long winded review, if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz, Silver Spring the place to go and Chevist and Brad are the men to see! Thank you all so very much! More
