Good: Charlie did a great job. Courteous, respectful, and has good ethics. Charlie is learning the job and making a concerted effort to support the customer. Picked up vehicle in pouring rain, no dry areas to inspect. Got home found multiple paint scratches. Jeremy told me to get an estimate from a body shop which I did and when presented told me this in writing “ After further thought, we won't be covering the repair.Good luck with your Jeep.” & “ You're accusing us of having damaged the car and it is something you could have damaged as well. You've been difficult from the start.” I don’t care what you think, you don’t say that to a customer and he obviously intended on wasting my time. WOULD HAVD PREVENTED THE SALE: Had I known that Jeep has a CHRONIC issue with their paint corroding because they do not paint behind the door hinges and They DO NOT warranty for such repairs, I would have NEVER purchased any JEEP. Between their take it or leave it attitude, poor business ethics, WAY over priced products and many poor YELP and Google reviews sums up that buying from this dealer and this product is a huge mistake. More
