Nice Job When I showed up at Irwin with a battery that had failed twice the day before, I was greeted by Michele who (with a smile) advised me my MKX would be When I showed up at Irwin with a battery that had failed twice the day before, I was greeted by Michele who (with a smile) advised me my MKX would be taken care of within 2hours. The battery was replaced well before 2 hours. GREAT customer service and my MKX was washed and how can you beat that! Thanks Michele!! More

My sales experiences have always been hassle free and no pressure. Plus, I recently took my vehicle in for service and arrived much earlier than my appointment time. The team was very helpful in getting my vehicle in ahead of schedule and I was out well within an hour. I would not go anywhere else for my sales or service needs. The team is always fast, friendly, accommodating and the atmosphere is always comfortable. I love this place. More

Charlie treats you with respect and works with you to get the car of your choice at a reasonable price. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I can truly say dealing with Charlie makes the process painless especially for me as a woman, since some dealers treat us differently then men. I have leased many cars in the past and I can honestly say that Charlie is great I had the pleasure of working with Charlie Marquez at Irwin Lincoln. I have leased many cars in the past and I can honestly say that Charlie is great to work with. He made the process easy and is very attentive. Everyone is very nice at the Irwin dealership. Their financial specialist, Chuck is another member of the Irwin team that just made the whole process very easy and fun. I would recommend Irwin to everyone, especially my Salesman, Charlie.
