Two weeks ago, I went to a Dallas Lexus service to get a routine oil and gas check and it did not come close to Westside Lexus. I decided I would rather drive over 200 miles to Houston before I return to that particular dealership service. My Service rep (Charles Perkins) was extremely helpful in not only getting the problem with my car handled in an expeditious manner, but he was also very helpful in getting me a ride to the service center to pick up my car since I had to have it towed in for repair. [I was very stressed as to what was going on with my car as well as trying to determine how I was going to get there to pick up my car since everyone I knew was already at work.) He also promptly followed up with status updates while my car was being serviced. I was extremely pleased to learn from Mr. Perkins that my car battery was still within its warranty--by one day, which I did not know! I highly value honesty! More
