Exceptional Car Buying Experience We had initially planned to buy out our lease. However after meeting and talking to Charles B and Michael O we ended up leasing a new 2015 Highlander. I would have to say that our sales person Charles made the car buying experience easy and engaging. He was very polite and helpful. I have never experienced a more knowledgeable salesperson. We never felt pressured into anything and he helped explain all of our options in detail. We are very pleased with our new car! Thanks to Charles, MIchael O and the Andrew Toyota team! More

Charles Beacham (Sales consultant)was great to work with right from the start. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used. We were also trying to decide between a Camry and a Prius. He told us about the main right from the start. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used. We were also trying to decide between a Camry and a Prius. He told us about the main differences between the two vehicles, and then brought a few different models over to us to check out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He allowed you time alone with the vehicle, so that my wife and I could really explore the vehicle and talk freely about what we liked and disliked. He was also very informative regarding vehicle features and regarding the differences between trim levels. He was never pushy, you never felt any sales pressure from him. Even though we had never met before, it was almost like car shopping with a friend. John Moore (Sales manager) was also great. He spent time speaking with my wife and I about their dealership. After our buying experience, I must agree with him that Andrew is the place to buy a vehicle. Negotiations were smooth, no pressure at all, friendly, respectful, and had no surprises. Best price, best people, best dealer. What more could you want? More

My mom bought her Corolla from Charles and was really happy with the experience. So when it was time for me to buy my first car, I knew I wanted to see what Charles had to offer. He showed me several use happy with the experience. So when it was time for me to buy my first car, I knew I wanted to see what Charles had to offer. He showed me several used cars in my price range, and kindly explained the features of each one. As a first-time buyer, I was thrilled to have Charles really talk to me about each vehicle and what I wanted in a car. I test drove a car that I loved, but it was a little out of my price range. Charles wouldn't let me get discouraged, though. He showed me another car, a 1999 Camry with only 57k miles on it for a great price. After another test drive, I knew Charles would help me get a good car for a good deal that day. Charles helped me choose the Camry and I'm so happy I did. He was knowledgable about the vehicles he was showing me, and he was friendly and never pushy. In the end, Charles helped me walk away with a great car for a great price. Thank you so much Charles! More

Not only did I purchase a vehicle I went from a Truck to a Car. I did not have time to keep coming back & forth to the dealership with my grandchild in the hospital (open heart surgery). I was not under any pressure to come in. Time was not on my side. How was I going to work a deal & I had so many obligations including working & going to the hospital.I came in when my time allowed and Charles was very understanding & more than willing to get me into my new 2010 Camary. Most of all I was not looking for a new friend, however, I feel comfortable calling Charles a new friend of mine & I do have a new car that I am purchasing. I found a used car online that I was really interested in and stopped in to see it. It was new to the lot and was being detailed, but Charles made sure to call me right away as soon as it got back on the lot and stopped in to see it. Thought we had come to an agreement on price, although once the contract was presented it turned out my math skills were seriously flawed. Through no fault of the dealership/sales person, I was in over my head and wouldn't have enough money to buy the car I really wanted. Charles was very understanding and helpful, but I had no other options and was ready to walk and lose the car. I had no choice. But then, Charles and manager came through for me, and went with a price I could afford. I am thrilled with the helpful service I received at Andrew and their willingness to compromise. I felt Charles really understood me and my situation and did what had to be done to ensure that I ended up with a car I love. Without their great service, I wouldn't be looking forward to picking up the first car I've ever bought completely on my own. Would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealer to anyone! More
