Quick, easy and professional experience Charles Archer provided great customer service from start to finish. Even when I was giving him a hard time about the lengthy credit application he wa Charles Archer provided great customer service from start to finish. Even when I was giving him a hard time about the lengthy credit application he was able to remain calm and see what he could do to expedite the process. Will highly recommend Charles and the rest of the Casey Kia team to anyone. James was also helpful in meeting where I wanted to be with price/payments. More
