From the beginning he was really helpful and explained the features of each car we asked. We were undecided and said that we were going to look around and went to the Toyota and Mazda dealership. We tried to buy a car at the Mazda dealership buy it didn't worked out, so we went back to Honda. We asked for Chandika and he was happy to see us. We asked to test drive the civic and we settled on that. Then we began the paperwork with Edgar who was also very nice and friendly. We went back and forth about the payments and finally we compromised on a comfortable payment. We were there for a couple of hours till late at night. Edgar brought us water and Chandika chips. Overall, our experience with Chandika and Edgar was positive and we felt comfortable. They make a good team. More

3....2.....1.......DONE! I met with Vince 10/30 for a trade in value of my 2013 Pilot based on an email requesting to buy my current vehicle. I really never thought of tradin I met with Vince 10/30 for a trade in value of my 2013 Pilot based on an email requesting to buy my current vehicle. I really never thought of trading in my car although I was not overly excited about the Pilot. Vince took less than 5 min gave me a fair offer and I asked if he could help me with a friendly sales associate to look at what I may be interested in trading the Pilot in for. Chandika was there to greet me with a smile and non abrasive sales attitude. Chandika showed me a few cars and spent about 90 min test driving and explaining the difference in a few options I liked. I led the conversation of setting another appointment the next day which I liked that he did not rush me in. I came in 10/31/14 3:20pm Friday and drove home in a sleek Honda Accord Sport around 7pm. The process was fairly quick and painless due to the friendly updates from Edgar, Chandika and AJ (management). In the past it's the BIG GUY that makes you feel uncomfortable and nervous about the process. AJ was fair and met me half way on my offer without the headache of back and forth. I never felt the need to walk out playing car sales games to save an extra $1k, etc. I could go on and on about the friendliness of these 3 associates not to mention a couple others I can't remember names...... More

I just took delivery of my second Honda Accord from this dealership! I called Chandika DeSilva and AJ on an extremely busy weekend to see if they had the exact vehicle I wanted and they made sure it was st dealership! I called Chandika DeSilva and AJ on an extremely busy weekend to see if they had the exact vehicle I wanted and they made sure it was still there, even though cars were flying off the lot. When I went in, the car was right in front of the door. I happened to see something else I might like and they were so patient while I test drove that vehicle and made up my mind. Everything was seamless and quick after that, Ziggy helped me with financing and everybody made sure everything was absolutely perfect before I drove off the lot. Thanks to Chandika, AJ, Edgar and Ziggy, I will be back for my next car in a couple of years!! More
