We are very pleased with the deal and the whole purchase experience. It was easy and perhaps the quickest we have ever completed the trade and finance process. The prior purchase was for a Nissan Pathfinder in January this year. It was a lease and that process was also simple and quick. I highly recommend Taylors Auto Max. Go see them and if it were me, I would ask for Chad! More

Won't Be Back About 20 minutes after leaving because we couldn't agree on a price for our trade-in, the sales person called and asked us to come back. We went back, with our own financing, and it was obvious that nothing would get accomplished. They were too pushy and trying to force us to try for Nissan's 0% financing, even though that meant paying almost $2,000 more for the vehicle. When I voiced my frustrations on their dishonest price advertising as well as lack of knowledge about the Nissan One-to-One rewards program and the Nissan VPP program for active duty military, the sales man responded, "I used to work in the oil field making sure all these cars had gas and oil, do I deserve a discount, too? I think every body should be treated equally." I wasn't asking for special treatment, it is a program that Nissan offers and your dealership should know about. And so much for equal treatment of everyone, because that was extremely disrespectful. More

The first experience was so great, we made sure to go back and check out their inventory again! This time we had the pleasure of working with Chad Taylor. We had stopped by just to look on Sunday, and were surprised to see they were actually open due to a sale. Chad came right out to meet us, and when we asked to test drive, he offered to get the vehicle ready and warmed up while we went inside to wait since it was so cold! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He looked up the car's history for us so we knew all the details about the car without any surprises. . While we waited for everything to be processed, he took the time to sit with us, talk, and get to know us. He could have easily talked with other employees or could have had no interest with us but making the sale. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant. We also had the pleasure of working with Dave Inman in finance again. Once we entered his office, he remembered who we were right away, which was so nice! He addressed all of our questions and concerns financially and made us feel very comfortable with everything. He really is fantastic. Overall, our entire experience has been amazing at Taylor's Auto Max. We highly recommend it. More

Very nice and helpful people! Very good service! I walked in there and needed a gas pickup truck since the weather is getting cold and bad.
