My wife and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Celia. From the first phone call through the entire buying process, she went out of her way to ensure we had every question answered experience with Celia. From the first phone call through the entire buying process, she went out of her way to ensure we had every question answered and provided us with all possible considerations we hadn’t thought of. We were very interested in a specific color vehicle which wasn’t available on their lot but she even reached out to other dealers to try to facilitate a transfer for us. Her continued updates and communication ensured we never wondered where we were in the process, and she made us feel like we were her top priority at all times. When we finally made our decision (weeks later), she helped us to facilitate a quick and very efficient signing, which meant the world to us as a family with a small child and one on the way. She even held our daughter for us while my wife signed the trade-in documents while I was simultaneously signing through the purchase agreement. She then made sure we both had a complete walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features while helping corral our very busy little one. Celia continued to follow up with us on questions regarding our plates and registration which we forgot to ask about while we were there and is honestly someone I would wholeheartedly recommend to work with. I truly believe she went to bat to get us the best deal possible and we feel so wonderful about our purchase experience from top to bottom. More
