After explaining that i would not be purchasing extended warranty, he kept trying to sale me one. After 3 attempts and someone coming into the office to say again how i should buy one, i was feeling like no one was listening to me. After trying to be friendly, i was finally shown the papers for signatures and got to leave. Otherwise, it was good experience. The truck was priced well and is in good condition. More

I stopped by to look at a used Toyota truck. Liked it & got home & called Cecil Ball back. He helped me to get the truck I have always wanted. Worked out a deal I couldnt refuse, took my deposit over the & got home & called Cecil Ball back. He helped me to get the truck I have always wanted.
