Hendrick's Mini Cooper dealership provided one of the best purchase experiences my husband and I have ever experienced. Aside from being a modern and welcoming environment, the staff was exceptional in all respects. Catia Novel, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and courteous. The financial team, Kaylee, and Jesse made our experience as clear and easy as possible and Mark was assertive in answering general questions. If we were offered a 20 star rating ....they each would succeed in achieving them. Together they put the THANKS in our Thanksgiving. More

Catia and Jessie were unbelievably helpful! If it was not for their service, I for sure would have not gotten the car. I 100% recommend getting your vehicle from them. I bought a Dodge Scat Pack and I wouldn’t go to any other dealer. Also Catia stayed pass closing just to assist me with the car….now that is service! My husband and I have always dreamed about getting a MINI and this week our dreams came true. We spoke to Catia about what we were looking for and she showed us a few options that would work. It was tough deciding which MINI and we were a little worried as we chose one they had just gotten in for trade and was not ready for delivery. We picked up yesterday and wow, to say they went above and beyond to make sure our MINI was perfect is an understatement. We'll be coming back again if we get a second MINI! More

This is the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer. My wife and I drove a long way to look at a specific vehicle and ended up buying something completely different. Catia, our salesperson, was dealer. My wife and I drove a long way to look at a specific vehicle and ended up buying something completely different. Catia, our salesperson, was very patient and knowledgeable about their inventory which made it easy for us to make the right call on the vehicle we wanted.
