Great Experience!!! My husband and I decided to check out used cars after picking up my Prius from the service department. We were delightfully surprised we were greeted so quickly by Cathy White! I wanted to look at suv’s and he trucks. They had an awesome selection of both. Cathy was happy to show us both and we really fell in love with an SUV. We are planning on coming back next week to hopefully finalize a deal!! More

WOWZA! Little did I know, we’d be walking out of this dealership with two bran new 2019 vehicle. The costumer service provided with over the top and beyond any experience I’ve had in purchasing a car. My husband and I were both assured by Allen Gilton not the second but the third and Ms. Mama Cathy White. The new purchase of my vehicle was a Mother’s Day gift my husband had been planning with Ms. White for weeks. Ms. White assited my husband in different ideas as to how to surprise me which work out great! She also provided great costumer service in answering all question due to paperwork. Mr. Gilton III was my sales representative and I could not be anymore happier. He was beyond patient with me as I thought I knew what I wanted but wanted to make sure, so I test drove couple different models. I was determined to walk out with a certain vehicle but wanted to make sure. With the amount of knowledge and information Mr. Gilton provided me as well as how patient he was with answering all my question (I had a million) it helped with my confidence in the decision I made. To continue, silly me, while test driving I left my husband back at the dealership unsupervised. As I finish up my test driving and decision I come back to a husband who was highly interested in a new truck. I was very hesitant as two new cars was not expected and did not want to pay over a certain amount. After voicing my concerns the team got to work and Mr. Martin (sales manager) worked numbers to match with what I was comfortable in committing to and like that...WOWZA we are now owners of two brand new 2019 Toyota Vehicles! Thank you to the team we worked with as well as Toyota of Tampa Bay for such a great experience in car shopping! More
