Working with Max has been such a pleasure in terms of helping me find the car that I truly wanted. He was patient, supporting, honest, and super helpful when it came to me making sure I got the car that helping me find the car that I truly wanted. He was patient, supporting, honest, and super helpful when it came to me making sure I got the car that I want. In terms of the financial piece of it, it was a complete disservice and disappointment. I come from a family who didn’t have little to no knowledge about financing a car and when it came down to providing efficient communication and support, that was not given AT ALL. Max and I spoke frequently and I had communicated to him of the amount that I was going to put down for the car. When it came to the day to sign paper work and go over that. The sales manager Casey I believe clearly did not communicate well with Max because she was under the impression that I was putting a different amount down rather than what I was originally putting down. AND because of that I lost out on the graduate credit and the loan from Honda. During the interaction with Casey, my father, and myself she bluntly told me in front of my father that she thought it was best that I looked at a used car because I couldn’t afford the one I originally picked. Not only did she assume that I couldn’t afford the car I picked, but she made me feel super embarrassed and small because of something that SHE ASSUMED. On top of that, I couldn't get the accessories I wanted because Honda wouldn’t add it to the loan, and I was expected to pay outright for it. When it came to the loan aspect of it the man me and my father were working with did not seem to care to support me and find the best interest for me. Overall. My experience with MAX was great and amazing, but when it came to the sales managers and financial team, it was absolutely distasteful and disappointing. More

The sales representative Max, was wonderful helping us find the right vehicle to fit our needs, he really asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable on the brand in general, as well as friendly find the right vehicle to fit our needs, he really asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable on the brand in general, as well as friendly and accommodating. But it wasn't just him, that was just the beginning. Their corporate culture is surprisingly community-oriented. Everyone that worked with me during the purchase process, and after felt like they are a business invested in building local relationships for the long run. I bought my used vehicle, and don't drive much, so Ithought it would be a long time before I'd have a chance to confirm that feeling. Over 30 days after, I had a problem with the battery, and they replaced it free of charge eventhough I had not bought the extended warrantee, because when I explained the situation to Brandon in the service department, and he tested the battery, it was clear that the battery, though it tested ok, had been an old battery. This return made me feel even better to do business there, not just because they were fair, but also because they had a comfortable place for me to work in peace while I waited for the service. I also enjoyed the biggest confirmation that the staff are friendly people who actually care about the local community, because they were donating for the winter needs of the homeless. About 7 years ago a friend bought a new car there, and had a good experience. I suspect they are dependable to stay in business, because anyone buying a car from them, new or used, will not regret it. When I'm in the market for my familie's vehicle needs, they will be my top choice for sure. More
