I brought my vehicle in for dent repair, and I was told the work had been completed — but when I inspected the car, nothing had been touched. The dent was still there, exactly as it was when I dropped it off. No explanation, no apology, just a false statement that the job was done. It’s extremely frustrating to be misled and waste time, especially when I expected the same level of professionalism I experienced from the sales team.
