Kevin MacKenzie was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was courteous, relaxed and seemed very interested in our requirements. Now, we know that that is what a good salesman should be like, but Kevin went above and beyond. He made sure that everything was ready for us and we couldn't have asked for better service.
Tony Recine clearly explained the finance side of things, which was refreshing considering you're talking about finance!
Tanja Court was most helpful and very thorough in explaining the features of our new vehicle.
The enthusiastic support and congratulations we received from Carolyn DuMoulin in Service and Donna Clark in Parts was also greatly appreciated.

"Very bad customer service."
I called in to book an appointment at least 10 times between Monday 21st to Thursday 24th. Call was keep going into answering. Finally I called service manager to complain about the issue and guess what it went to answering as well. I tried book service appointment online and wasn't able to do it as well. I guess i have to go somewhere else to service my vehicle.
My family and I have been taking our Honda's to Cambridge Centre Honda for service for 5 years now - and could not be more please with the customer service experience. The service department is always honest, friendly and take the time to fully explain any work performed or required.
We as a family highly recommend Cambridge Centre Honda to anyone looking for a place to get their Honda's serviced. We also purchased a used vehicle form them, and it has been fantastic since day one.
I feel like that Cambridge Centre Honda actually cares about keeping my car running top notch. Everything is explained with a cheerful smile. Great service department.

Any dealership is more expensive than regular mechanics, but this dealership offers top notch customer service. From the front desk to the shuttle service - you feel important and taken care of. The staff is professional and friendly and make the experience enjoyable. It's too bad that they don't give the shuttle employees recognition, because they were so friendly and helpful too!

"When I only trusted CCH, They let me down"
I bought my car from CCH. BEST experience ever especially because it was my first time buying brand new. I treat my car like my kids, and I am very picky about who does any type of maintenance to it. Honda decided to charge me an arm and a leg for a minor fix after I was quoted differently before the work took place. I always only ever trusted Honda, and now it look as though they're just as shady as every other mechanic. Coroline is very degrading to talk too, I've bragged about CCH to everyone and a few of my friends and family have gone there to get maintenance and have all come back to me with Caroline having a horrible degrading attitude towards them. After 2 years of mine and my family and friends service, it looks as though I'll be moving on and not going back there. Honda just lost very loyal customers. Don't waste your time calling either, there is no resolution except them telling you they go by the books and it's ultimately not there problem.

As always, friendly and professional. Peace of mind for me .is a constant there. Love they wash my car each visit and Carolyn is a pleasure. Winter tire storage is reasonable.
