This was my worst nightmare because this has happened to me on another vehicle and it ended up not being fixable. Caroline kept me informed all the next day of the issue and called me a few times with updates so I wasn't panicking all day. I also want to thank the unnamed person who worked on my mess of a car. I will not be taking my cars anywhere else after this. More
