I pulled in with a service engine light that read “Reduced Power”. Carolina greeted me and began by asking a few questions regarding my issue. She suspected that the problem was in the accelerator “Reduced Power”. Carolina greeted me and began by asking a few questions regarding my issue. She suspected that the problem was in the accelerator pedal. She explained that she had other Malibus that had the same issue in the past. I was told that it would take about an hour to repair, if the pedal was the issue. Sure enough, Carolina was right on the money. It was replaced and I was out of there In less than an hour. Carolina was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. She was indeed the epitome of service with a smile! I hope that the next time I need my car serviced that Carolina greets me again. Service writer was rude and seemed very bothered when I questioned why my oil change was so much more. Long story short, she was charging wrong and corrected but that was after a major attitude. I did speak with the service manager the next day and he did make it right. More
