Our experience with Rallye for the past 10 years has been nothing less then amazing. When our leases have comes up, we shopped around and Rallye always, hands down, wins us over. I cannot say enough good things about Carol. Nothing was too much to ask for, and she always kept you updated on the status of your car, and the work being done. I went to ralleye, after going to Hassel Bmw as it seems no one can tell me the reason why my brand new 550i xdrive which has 6700 miles on it that I had to add oil at least four times, each rep I dealt wit no one can tell me the reason why my brand new 550i xdrive which has 6700 miles on it that I had to add oil at least four times, each rep I dealt with gave me one excuse after another, the latest being that the car was checked and there are no leaks, and it seems that the 550 and 750 have an issue with burning oil and have to be topped off every 1500 miles or so. I do know something about cars and it seems hard to believe that a brand new $80,000 car would constantly need oil added, I have had the Lexus 460 as well as an Audi A8 and never had a problem like this, so I am dumpfounded to say the least. I also have a friend that has 750 and he never had an oil issue. my other issue is that I had to replace the front right tire three times as the tire actually ripped away from the rim, I went to the dealer (Hassel) and they told me they cannot get the tire as it is on backorder and they do not know when they will get them. Does this mean I cannot use my car until they locate a tire??? They then said go to goodyear to see if they can help, which I did and they located Pirelli tires that would fit my car but of course I had to pay the difference between the good year warranty and the price of the Pirelli's which was $800.00. so ther you have my two complaints. i would really like to get an answer to these issues without getting the runaround. I picked up a 2011 BMW X5 in December. Shortly after picking it up I felt the car was pulling to the right. This was our 4th BMW from Rallye (all leases) between my wife and I over the past few years. picking it up I felt the car was pulling to the right. This was our 4th BMW from Rallye (all leases) between my wife and I over the past few years. This is the 3rd time I picked up a new car and it pulled a bit to the right. One of the folks there, in the past, explained, it could happen as a result of the delivery to the dealer. The first two times it happened we brought the car in right away and they took car eof it. Thgis time, with all the snow, bad weather, a trip out of town, holidays, and a bout with the flu, I was slow to get it into the dealer to have it fixed -- Truth be told, the roads were always so bad and icy and slushy, at times I was sort of hoping I was mistaken and that clean dry roads would show me I was wrong. I brouht it and Carol Clark Muniz mentioned her only concern was that with 3,000 miles on it, and the roads as they are, they might see it as "damaged" as opposed to how I received it as such. Well, I did ot wnat to hra that (obviously) and it was not about the money so much as I was clear about the fact I received it that way. So I explained to Carol how I felt and I added I wuld like some consideration given my history -- including a bunch of repairs over the past year on the old car, which lead to me getting this one, at this time -- Carol did take it up with management and they took care of it for me. I have to say that all my dealings at Ralleye have been top notch. The service advisors, and especially Carol, conduct themselves like true professionals in manner and tone and experience, and consideration. Anytime you have to bring in any car to fix it, let's face it, it's a bummer, kind of annoying -- who wants to have to deal with it? -- but in my opinion, the folks here are top notch, considerate, and fair. The service is definitely pricey, but you have to know that going in, when you buy a BMW, you are signing up for that. But toss in that I gota loaner car, for two days --not a bmw this time-- and that I got my car back cleaned up, looking almost new, and that I can make an appointment and get in and out rather quick -- it's well done. I would recommend Ralleye to anybody looking to buy a BMW. I should also add that we had a sales man for years who moved on and George stepped right in and did not miss a beat. He was great also. And last...even the young man who got my bluetooth working one day last year, has seen me there a few times now, recognizes me somewhat, always says, hey how you been and all -- the thing there is he comes across as a real pro -- quality people at that dealership, for sure.
