Hi !! I am Carmela Lowery Phillips. I have been around Lowery Brothers my entire life. My dad Roger, and his brother, Terry, built this business together. Went about as smoothly as you could hope for with a used car dealership! I was satisfied with the help Ms Carmela gave us, the vehicle we got, and the price thereof.
