I bought my last Toyota RAV4 from expressway Toyota and when I visited Braintre Carlos Ortega, Freddy and Brian Sullivan and his excellent knowledge. I bought my last Toyota RAV4 from expressway Toyota and when I visited Braintree Toyota and spoke with Lenny and found his knowledge about the vehicle, everything fit perfect. Bobby Keough and Joe Lawlor always go above and beyond every time to make sure everything is a smooth quick process! We purchased a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Hamed Abusabiha. This was our 2nd car purchased at this dealership and we had a great experience. Hamed is a wonderful and pleasant salesman. He was eas Abusabiha. This was our 2nd car purchased at this dealership and we had a great experience. Hamed is a wonderful and pleasant salesman. He was easy to work with and helpful as we narrowed down our decision between the Rav4 and Highlander. He was able to answer all our questions or find out and get back to us. He took us out on a test drive and showed us the different features. Sales manager Bob Keough also came out and showed us a few features and options of the Rav4 Hybrid. The purchase and financing process was smooth and we picked up our shiny new car 2 days later with all the paperwork and registration completed. We also met sales manager Carlos Ortega who sold us our first Toyota (Sienna ) 18 years ago and he was very appreciative of our repeat business as well as that of our extended family who have all purchased their Toyota vehicles at Toyota of Braintree. Overall a great experience and a great team of sales people. More

Our car buying experience at Toyota of Braintree was the best we have ever had. Everyone we dealt with from the moment we walked through the door was helpful and pleasant. They were knowledgeable about all of the cars we looked at and were able to find us the features that were most important to us. They walked us through the financing process and found us the perfect car for our budget. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. We ended up with a great car for a great price I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a no-nonsense, seamless car buying experience. More
