First we have been coming to this dealership for 6 years - love the service. an attaboy to Carlos. We really appreciated the attention Rahul gave us, let alone listening to our wants and requirements. - love the service. an attaboy to Carlos. We really appreciated the attention Rahul gave us, let alone listening to our wants and requirements. Nice and confortable individual that you want to be around. He is so much better a sales person 2 years ago that did not care about our concerns. We hope to see Rahul again when we come for service or decide a new vehicle. More

It took an hour to drop off my car! ! Ridiculous. They diagnosed the problem but quoted an absurd price for the repair. I said I was going to get other quotes and started to do that. Car ! Ridiculous. They diagnosed the problem but quoted an absurd price for the repair. I said I was going to get other quotes and started to do that. Carlos called back and said they'd come down 30%. I did that but wonder why it was so high to begin with. $450 for 1 1/2 hours of labor and a highly escalated price for the part. More

I didn't like the additional charges that no one could explain when I used the Kiosk. I also thought the credit card surcharge was ridiculous. Why does a BMW dealership need to do a surcharge? I feel like the surcharge should have been included in the price. Who carries cash anymore? Everyone is cashless. Cost of doing business IMO. More
