Carlos is the absolute best at BMW customer service area. He came through for us after we had an emergency on my car with a front right tire went flat and it would not hold air. He checked the stock they had He came through for us after we had an emergency on my car with a front right tire went flat and it would not hold air. He checked the stock they had a tire in stock so my husband took the tire in, since we could not drive the car on a flat tire, it was too far. The service department got the tire on the wheel immediately and my husband was there less than an hour and was able to get it home in time for where we need to go.
