BMW of Sarasota has always been a very pleasant experience. Carlos especially consistently goes above and beyond to assist me. Thanks Carlos! The only Complaint I have is that the Hertz Courtes experience. Carlos especially consistently goes above and beyond to assist me. Thanks Carlos! The only Complaint I have is that the Hertz Courtesy cars are often a little stinky and beat up. The Rav 4 that I got while my service was being completed smelled and was dirty inside. I suppose I am spoiled by my X7. Otherwise, she. I’ve had BMW loaners they have always been in really Great condition but there were none available as I had a recall so I got the Hertz treatment. First world problems. I know. More

I’ve brought my car in twice because the air conditioning does not work sufficiently. They have returned it twice, still not working sufficiently. This leads me to believe the X7’s AC system just doesn’t wor does not work sufficiently. They have returned it twice, still not working sufficiently. This leads me to believe the X7’s AC system just doesn’t work properly or they don’t want to replace an expensive part and are kicking the can down the road until the warranty expires. The second time it was returned with a dent in the door that fortunately I noticed immediately. My advisor looked at the intake video and acknowledged the damage and offered a repair which I appreciate. I truly hate to leave a bad review but I am extremely disappointed. I’ve owned BMW’s in the past and have been extremely impressed until now. At this point I believe that the quality of BMW vehicles is not what it used to be and I need to move on from the brand. More

Carlos Munoz is a very knowledgeable service advisor and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The dealership also uses recorded videos to show exactly what the service technician found and what kept me informed throughout the repair process.
