Great Service! We came in at 6:30pm on our way back from Orlando with a flat tire. Carlos promptly put us in a comparable X3 rental to use until our car was repaire We came in at 6:30pm on our way back from Orlando with a flat tire. Carlos promptly put us in a comparable X3 rental to use until our car was repaired. In and out in 30 minutes. He promised us that the car would be ready the next day, and it was. Washed and cleaned also. That is one reason why we go to Sarasota BMW and drive a BMW. Excellent work!! More
