He knows my car, knows I need a loaner, and that I am able to be patient when they need time. Parts for my car are not as available, but they find them, do the maintenance and have me back in my car very quickly. The car always comes out better than before. The timely information, and his ability to text me to confirm information keeps surprises from happening. when the invoice comes.
