Lack of integrity and poor Customer service Salesman just wanted to close the deal. He was very unconscientious and did not honor his word. He promised that he would show only cars with certain Salesman just wanted to close the deal. He was very unconscientious and did not honor his word. He promised that he would show only cars with certain features and then I ended up walking out with a car that did not have features that I wanted. Dealership would make no amends.It took Sales manager two days to respond to me with an email Only. When I asked to speak with him he had his assistant call me back. I believe poor service Stems from the top. I will never purchase another car from Sarasota BMW again, nor will any of my friends and acquaintances. More

Looking forward to this. My service representative was Maria Lizardi. Missed her, as she’s on maternity leave. Actually saw her when I was there, as she visited with her ado My service representative was Maria Lizardi. Missed her, as she’s on maternity leave. Actually saw her when I was there, as she visited with her adorable baby. That was a treat. On the other hand, Carlos helped me. He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person. He was not only a perfect gentleman, he screened my car like it went through an MRI machine. We also talked about things other than business, which was nice and welmcomed. I look forward going back to him when need be. I also went to visit Sonia, who has always been a wonderful person and a very helpful person. I miss not seeing her downstairs. She is an asset to the company, as she is so friendly and helps customers on the floor. I had to go out of my way to see her and talk with her. She should be back downstairs. More
