The service was great! Mr. Carlos Mejia from the service department and Mr. ken Brill from the parts department couldn’t have done a better job for my 2015 SLK 350. I needed my front rotors and pads to be r department and Mr. ken Brill from the parts department couldn’t have done a better job for my 2015 SLK 350. I needed my front rotors and pads to be replaced. The service was done in a timely fashion and the price was much better compared to another MB dealer in the city. They didn’t even try to sell me other “suggestive services”. Straight to the point and no games. From the valet parker to the technicians everyone was very courteous. I’ll most definitely continue to service my SLK there. Thank you. More
