I was very specific about the used Hyndai vehicle that I wanted. Carl was the salesperson that reached out after I made some online inquiries. He immediately confirmed availability and was quick to provi wanted. Carl was the salesperson that reached out after I made some online inquiries. He immediately confirmed availability and was quick to provide additional pictures and a personal video of every square inch of the vehicle, when I explained I was out if town. I used my own lender and was not pressured to do anything other than purchase the vehicle that I was intent on. From when I walked in, I told, Carl the salesman, no idea what I'm looking for, he asked questions to narrow it down. Took me to the SUV's to look at. Right away any questions I had, he had answers. Tried se what I'm looking for, he asked questions to narrow it down. Took me to the SUV's to look at. Right away any questions I had, he had answers. Tried several different SUV's to get a good fit, then looked at the packages. I told him I'm just looking. I did go to different dealerships and brands to check things out. After a couple days, came back to make a deal. Found the SUV, now the dealing started. Requested a trailer hitch, car cover and the paperwork had to be done ascertain way. Carl and the dealer accommodated me and got it done after a couple issues. Parts were ordered and came in less then a week. Also Carl went out of his way to have the the hitch and wiring to be done with a minimal time for me to wait. I drove in from another city, and the hassles that were involved I thought was crazy. He took my SUV gave me loaner to use. Within couple hours he texted me all done, come and get your SUV your ready to go. Carl went out he way to take care of a customer he just met, he said" deals not done until I'm completely happy" and I am. Highly recommend and thanks again. More

Carl was welcoming and helped us get the vehicle we wanted fast since we were coming from out of town. We'll worth the 3.5 hour drive.
