Samantha was amazing to work with. What made it even better was that the customer service was fantastic considering I was buying a car from out of state (Texas). Also, thanks to Karrie What made it even better was that the customer service was fantastic considering I was buying a car from out of state (Texas). Also, thanks to Karrie who did all the paperwork behind the scenes. I had initially met over the phone with Karl but Samantha did the majority of the transaction with me. The people at Paramount Hyundai Hickory were very transparent with the entire deal. Communication was also very good and Samantha was there even after all the paperwork was finished and kept me updated until the moment the car was loaded onto the truck for delivery to me. More
