Dillon did a great job in listening to what we were willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. In the end he came up with a package that was amenable to us. willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. Relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained features on the car to use every time we had questions, and he offered information regarding a lot of things that we found very useful. I worked with Caleb for at least 3 hours talking about different options, decided to test drive Seltos, Caleb was very though in explaining all the details of the Seltos before I test drove.
