Had an appointment for a factory recall. Recall letter indicated a 1-2 hour job. Made the appointment for 9:30 as I needed to be home by noon. When checking in to the service area I again as Recall letter indicated a 1-2 hour job. Made the appointment for 9:30 as I needed to be home by noon. When checking in to the service area I again asked the service worker how long the wait would be. I was told 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes. I checked with them at 11:00 and was told my car was next in line for repairs! What’s the point of making appointments if you can’t keep them? I had to leave without any repairs and wasted the entire morning due to the incompetence of the people at this dealership. More

went in for oil change and tire rotation. service advisor said car was due for alignment check. has 25000 plus miles. kia"s normally do not need alignments. when car was ready he said all was service advisor said car was due for alignment check. has 25000 plus miles. kia"s normally do not need alignments. when car was ready he said all was fine.when i got home the back pages of report stated i asked for brake fluid service,which i did not. due at 60,000 miles.also said i told him my battery was dead.i did not. not a happy camper.
