I brought my Ram 1500 in for a routine oil change and detail as well a some brake and muffler work. My detailing appointment was for Monday, but they did everything else instead. That was the only item w detail as well a some brake and muffler work. My detailing appointment was for Monday, but they did everything else instead. That was the only item with a tight appointment. I had to call them on Tuesday to get updates. At the end of Tuesday I called to learn it still wasn't done. I said I needed to pick it up anyway because I had an 11am Wednesday appointment. But I was assured they'd start it at 8am and would be ready in time. I ended up leaving the dealership at 11:40... my appointment missed and tough to reschedule. When it was time to pay the bill, the receptionist refused to end a non-vehicle related conversation with the guy ahead of me. Luckily I got an automatic message from the dealer that allowed me to pay online, because that conversation never did end. When I got my truck, my rims and seats hadn't been cleaned. They came out and cleaned my rims and without looking said my package didn't include a seat shampoo. They had done it the previous 3 times. I normally get better service there and wasn't going to leave review. But after I texted the dealer with my dissatisfaction, they offered to call to discuss. But they failed to call the first 2 scheduled times, and still haven't responded to the text I sent them 24 hours ago, so here we are. More
