There wasn't a Terrain on the Sheehan lot in the color I wanted. (Downpour Metallic) Claude went above and beyond, he found a Terrain in the color I wanted with all of the options I wanted at another dealer wanted. He had the Terrain transported to Sheehan, had it detailed, and was ready to pick up the next day. Beyond that, he made the entire process so easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
