We have dealt with Ed Martin Toyota Dealership for a number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. As most people do, we negotiated the price. When we were trying to strike a deal Jason became rude and almost belligerent. The other staff were shocked and apologetic about his behavior. We had his name removed from the sales documents and will be certain to deal with someone else in future. We would have given Jason zero stars if that was possible. When you work with the public you need to remain courteous and respectful at all time. More

Great experience with Ed Martin! ! I have drove my Toyota Camry SE for over 23 years, it literally was 23 years old and still runs great!! I honestly think Toyota is the best there is ! So, that is why we bought another one with the help of an awesome sales associate, Katrina Jewell. As you know things have changed a lot in 23 years and Katrina was kind, professional, informative, patient, helpful and answered all of our many, many questions. She also stated many times, that even after we left the dealership with our new car, she would always be there for us! Also, our finance representative, Bryan Wiltgen was also very informative, friendly, patient and helpful. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this dealership and Toyota......and don't forget to ask for Katrina to help you with any sales and/or questions. Oh, and my husband really enjoyed talking with T.E.D. More

Ben was outstanding. I explained that I don’t like to be at the dealership all day buying a vehicle. So I picked three trucks and he provided the best price for each one. I explained that I don’t like to be at the dealership all day buying a vehicle. So I picked three trucks and he provided the best price for each one. I normally use my bank to buy vehicles but he asked if I would consider other financing. I said I would if they could beat my banks rate. I picked the truck I wanted and they were able to beat my banks rate. The sale was completed, including test drive and signing, in just over an hour. The experience was outstanding! More
