Sales has been great I had to take my car in for service to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and som to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and some scratches to the paint. They fixed it with no problem, but the service advisor Bryan could use some training in customer service. I sent a text, no reply, called he didn’t call back, and then when I called again was told he was on the phone. I highly recommend that he receive some additional training in customer service. The service manager Dragan was great, and I would recommend him to anyone. More

I bought a new hyundai tuscon from Stamford Hyundai. I have been waiting over 4 months because my bluetooth microphone is NOT working. I went in person 4 times to get help. No one cares to look more I have been waiting over 4 months because my bluetooth microphone is NOT working. I went in person 4 times to get help. No one cares to look more into it or to fix it. I have reached out to corporate and they are waiting on the "part." How can a dealership not fix a car for 4 months or give a rental in the meantime. This is beyond unprofessional and disheartening. I have no more words for this dealership or company. My car is STILL NOT FIXED. More
