Bruce was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and then assured the Tiguan included all the requirements. When we got to the lot, they had already pulled the vehicles up and they were ready for us to inspect. We did not go with the intent to BUY, but we found the perfect one!! Bruce was very helpful in finding the exact car on the lot I had had my eye on! He was knowledgable and very friendly. I did not have that traditional "pressure" you feel at car dealerships.
