Very importantly, both Bruce and Jeff respected my time and worked as quickly as possible to get me on my way once the deal was finalized. They introduced me to key personnel around the dealership while waiting for paperwork to be completed. Bruce has excellent knowledge of the product he sells and took time to review the GTI's working and MFI systems. I drove an extra 75 miles to deal with this VW dealership and it was well worth the miles. More

We never felt rushed, and eventually decided upon and ordered a 2012 Sportwagen TDI. We'd done our homework ahead of time and knew going in that the TDI Sportwagens were in high demand and low availability and we had no trade-in to argue over. We made an offer in line with our research regarding invoice, hold-backs, etc., so even the price negotiation went quickly. The last time I bought a car was in 2004, so it's hard to frame this as an apples-to-apples comparison, but my recent experience with Pete Moore VW was vastly more pleasant that my 2004 Honda purchase.
