Warranty repair I live closer to a different Honda dealer but they would not return my calls to answer my question regarding the warranty. I called Crown and did not have to leave a message. Brooks Falzone took my call, researched my car by the VIN, and answered my question immediately. By the way, I never took my car to Crown for service before this visit. I purchased my car previously from another dealer in another city. More

Great service in an Emergency I called the dealership with an emergency and spoke with Brooks Falzone. Brought my car in to check the whirring noise when the car was turned on and I called the dealership with an emergency and spoke with Brooks Falzone. Brought my car in to check the whirring noise when the car was turned on and to get a cap for the power steering tank that dropped when I took it off to check the fluid. I also had another concern - corrosion on the battery where it connects to the cable. A diagnostic test was done and I had other items that needed attention. Brooks was very helpful going over what needed to be done as soon as possible to have a safe running vehicle. All was taken care of and was given a list of items that will need future attention. I was pleased with the service and work. Angela Arnold More

Happy Customer! Recently purchased my 5th Honda from Crown, and had a strange little squeak that I could not really identify.
