Brooke is a pleasure. She recalls every detail and is infinitely patient. Her verbal communication skills are outstanding and her written notes are precise yet friendly. She recalls every detail and is infinitely patient. Her verbal communication skills are outstanding and her written notes are precise yet friendly. The amenities are adequate and remain well stocked throughout the day. The seating could provide more privacy as the waiting time often last hours (understandably) and some conversations that occur during that time require silence and acoustical privacy. One suggestion would be to install small phone booths as is often available in tech offices. May I recommend keeping the closed captions on the TV instead of an inaudibly low volume setting. Also, the coffee machine is not state of the art. You are BMW; give that area a small upgrade. Everyone, to a person, is pleasant and as accommodating as one could hope. However, there has been a very slight shift (truly slight) favoring efficiency over warmth—a small point based on my sole recent experience observing personnel with whom I did not interact. It could be incorrect. Lastly, I returned later in the day to retrieve my car. There was a slightly more relaxed, perhaps even casual, atmosphere inside the dealership, which is understandable. However, you may want to support maintaining a more standard business protocol during any hours when customers might be present. Again, everyone with whom I dealt maintained a remarkably pleasant and professional demeanor with every interaction. More
