Only one problem I am having is my paperwork for my monthly payments were sent to my physical address not my mailing. It was supposed to have been corrected, but I still have not received it. The staff are very friendly and courteous, however the wait after sale was long and one of the programs necessary to complete paperwork went down for sometime. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership, and each time the process becomes less painful. I ordered the car with accessories, and the dealership was able to find the car and put on the additi and each time the process becomes less painful. I ordered the car with accessories, and the dealership was able to find the car and put on the additions, and it took them less than five days to complete the whole process. Signing of the paperwork is typically the longest and worst part of the process, but I had the paperwork signed within 20 minutes, and the process was VERY smooth from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership in the future! More
