Sales consultant Ezequiel Jesurum was friendly and super helpful during my car buying experience. He was able to answer all my questions and has a great attitude. Made the transaction quick and easy, and is very knowledgeable- a great asset to Toyota of Cleveland. I would also like to acknowledge Justice Goodner- he made filling out all the final purchase paperwork a breeze and explained everything exceptionally well(side note: he has the most beautiful eyelashes I have ever seen). Y’all got some really great employees at Toyota of Cleveland and I was impressed with everyone and the entire experience. If I was running the place, I’d give both these men a raise! And also let them ring the big bell whenever they wanted to! Also, I did not meet Bridget in person, but we communicated via text before my visit and she was also very helpful and quick to reply with the info I asked for.
