We love the members at Elk grove Nissan! After finding out we couldn't trade in our current vehicle, Franz and his team were able to get us approved with a low down payment and into a anothe After finding out we couldn't trade in our current vehicle, Franz and his team were able to get us approved with a low down payment and into a another vehicle we absolutely love! Not to mention he was super patient with our 4 year old daughter, bringing her snacks and setting up the wifi on her iPad while she waited a few hours with us! Thank you Franz, for your amazing customer service and helping us get in a great car for our family! Super communicative, super friendly and straight to the point! Also, shout out to Briana, David and Hesam, who were all very friendly and helpful in the process. We will certainly be back to Elk Grove Nissan for our next car!! More
