The Albany native believes it's our massive inventory of pre-owned and new Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Chrysler vehicles that sets us apart from the competition. Walts is a Giants and Mets fan, and can be found playing both basketball and softball to pass the time. He also enjoys going out into Albany and trying new restaurants. He is most proud of moving across country at the age of 18 and living in Arizona for seven years.

Brian, the salesman and everyone on the sales part or super the service department is horrible. No one ever answers the phone nor if you leave a message nobody calls you back service after the sales is i super the service department is horrible. Firstly, the people I dealt with were nice and not pushy. If you showed any bit of hesitation, they remind you that it is okay to walk away. Financing, though, you can tell they want you to breeze through it. The gentleman doing the financing was talking nonstop while also feeding me things to sign. I took my time, read every document and asked questions. Some he seemed to have expected, others he seemed a little bothered I asked. They do offer an oil change package, but that is all that comes with it. You get two free oil changes a year. You are charged for tire rotations. They also price their vehicles to sell and leave no room for negotiating the price, so don't go in with a number you want to talk them down to. More
