Pay attention to the forms you sign They will try to rip you off! Went in to fix two issues, agreed to pay a fee if decided not to move forward after diagnostics. Told them I would fix one of those issues but not both and they tried to charge me the diagnostics fee anyway!!! More

Same old great service As always it was easy to schedule time, repairs were done properly and as scheduled. Absolutely the worst dealership ever! I wanted to give zero To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted t To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted that they would ensure quality in my purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wrangler I purchased was leaking water so bad the jack was inoperable. I discovered that about 2 months after purchase. I went into the rear compartment and it was filled with water. Then my breaks started making a little noise I only heard twice. I took it in and found out I needed breaks and rotors. When I brought it in for the break noise I asked them to check on the leak. Afte 6 days! They finally gave me an answer. Neither the breaks nor the leak were covered under the additional extended warranty I purchased. The breaks were 600$ and the leak was a 50$ part but they were going to charge me 280$ labor. Again they took my jeep for 6 days and wouldn't take any of my calls nor would they return them. I had to actually go to the dealership several times in an attempt to get answers. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I would recommend everyone refuse to purchase vehicles from them or take their vehicles there for service. More
