HORRIBLE! Both times in the last few years, Buy from Hodgkin Do not work with Brian, Rude, Unprofessional and much more. They don't return calls but they will run your credit! Don't judge a book by it's cover Hmm...where shall I start. The van was heavily scratched up on drivers side and the drivers side back bumper had about a half inch gap, it was detache Hmm...where shall I start. The van was heavily scratched up on drivers side and the drivers side back bumper had about a half inch gap, it was detached. When asked about this I was told the vehicle had not been in any accidents (according to Carfax and the salesperson who knew the owners). But I was looking at damage to the vehicle, I'll let you the reader of this review look up the definition of an accident. ((Sidenote: Carfax doesn't show the vehicle I personally own was in an accident. Fact: it was totaled and repaired!!!)) Then I was told the vehicle was previously owned by the salesperson's (?neighbor?) who had 4 kids and they downsized to a smaller vehicle????! Had a 3 car garage, (yet scratched up the side of the vehicle getting bikes out - most 3 car garage owners use 2 spots for cars and the other for bikes and other junk) when I pressed about why would you downsize to a smaller vehicle with 4 kids, I was then told two of the children are older and have their own cars. It was such incoherent and contradicting information, the distrust already had set in. I really could care less as to the reason the vehicle was scratched up, I just couldn't believe that it was being shown that way. Being married for almost 24 years and being around the block too many times - this was the most amateurish attempt at - I guess - a sales pitch. Anyway, what really takes the cake is once I was asked what I thought about the vehicle and I responded with what about the bumper. I was abruptly told 'we aren't touching the bumper!'. Well that sealed it for me, which I verbalized. The sales person then responds with he will give me his business card (I should have left then, but I didn't). I proceed inside to see where he went, most would have a card readily available, I see him talking to a manager or whomever, he then proceeds to say well if there is anything I can do for you....I cut him off and said ' you said you won't fix the bumper' he abruptly says 'ok, have a nice day'. Wow! I have never had a dealership say 'we aren't touching ......' or even not attempt to pretend to take care of a perceived problem. Very unprofessional and obviously didn't want to make a cash sale that day. I believe any other dealership would have offered to 'kick' the bumper back in place at the very least, he didn't. This behavior speaks so much volume. The only good thing is I do all preliminary shopping so my significant other doesn't waste his time with these shenanigans. I had time to waste, but never again at Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook. Our focus is to visit dealerships that have vehicles that are in the condition to be sold and talk to professional salesperson who knows to treat every customer who walks through the door as someone who may come on a message board and tell everyone about their experience with them- this was definitely not the case here. More

Nice people. This was a very pleasant buying process no pressure no high sales pitch no b.s. the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The salesman was Brian Stanton and he did a very good job only disappointment was not enough offered to me on my trade in so passed on that. More

Overall excellent experience I just purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I found the vehic I just purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I found the vehicle on cars.com, called to make sure the vehicle was still available, and when I arrived, Brian had the vehicle ready in front of the building for me. Everything went smoothly, both Brian and Humberto were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Humberto followed up with my experience and ensured everything went according to plan. I honestly can't picture any other dealership coming close to the customer service provided here. I will be making all of my future car purchases from this dealership. More

New customer I have never heard of Advantage Chevrolet until I went online and found a specific vehicle that I wanted. I went to the dealer with the intention on I have never heard of Advantage Chevrolet until I went online and found a specific vehicle that I wanted. I went to the dealer with the intention on getting this particular Malibu. Unfortunately, it was gone by the time I arrived. Brian did not waste time attempting to sale me a vehicle that I didn't want. Instead, he went out of his way and found one better! This was probably one the best and fastest car buying experiences ever! I will be sending my friends to see Brian when their looking to buy a car. More

Easy as 123 Very easy deal to make. Went in late in the evening to buy a traverse and Brian told me everything I wanted to know about the vehicle right away, no Very easy deal to make. Brian treated my wife and I very well and got us out of there faster than any other dealer I have worked with. The price on the vehicle was very fair and they worked with me on my trades. Overall a great experience and will definitely return to this dealer when buying another car. More
