We dealt with woody and his manager Brian, they were nothing less than fantastic. we were making them show us many different autos as we were undecided on which to get. There came a point I said "I need nothing less than fantastic. we were making them show us many different autos as we were undecided on which to get. There came a point I said "I needed to eat". They handed me the keys to my car and said "when I was finished with lunch come back". We did and they dealt with us honestly, no high pressure sales, and it was the BEST car buying experience that I have had in my 69 years! After working with the sales department, we went into credit (Which I was dreading), Keaton made this experience so easy that I sied with relief. Camron G purchasing our 2023 Highlander!!! I have always dreaded buying cars because of the stress. This was not my experience at Toyota of McKinney. Camron Galaviz is our favorite sales consultant ever. This is our second new car purchase from him (My husband bought a truck from him earlier this year) and we will return. Camron is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took so much time explaining how everything works— i am am not technical so that’s not easy. He is very friendly and has such a calm demeanor which also is impactful. Shout out to Braden S. in the finance department for his patience and being an overall nice guy.
