My 2021 vette needed a part. They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. They found out it was an instock item and never was ordered 3 visits to them for a minor fix. They kept the car 2 days twice. Their shuttle service sucks. Waited 2 hrs for a ride. More

Angela worked with us trying to buy this new car. Most of the day.. We had to know if it was dingy towable (flat towable). She contacted everyone she knew to make sure it was. I made the mistake of buying a car from Ferman. It has proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and y proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. I am at my wits end with the defective vehicle that I begged Ferman to repair. I am filing complaints from Tampa to Detroit. Beware of the lies, the put offs and being patted on the head and treated like an imbecile. More

Salesman was nice, unfortunately the rest of my experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. Merrick, and the service manager Brian have been equally as unhelpfu experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. So I purchased a brand new truck from these guys in August, and the brakes have been squeaking since the day I drove it off the lot. I also purchased a $4000 extended warranty, so I brought my truck into the service department wondering why the brakes are squeaking so bad. They said that they cleared some debris, and that I have the correct kind of breaks and that the squeaking should stop. Well it has gotten worse so I brought it in again, once again I was told my brakes are fine and that they can’t help me.So I decided I want to sell back my extended warranty because clearly at this point I can see that it will be useless in the future, but they talked me out of it and promised today I would receive a call from Chevrolet about replacing my brakes and rotors. I have not received a call, and I am very unhappy with my experience. If you can find a vehicle you’re looking for somewhere else, buy it there. And definitely don’t waste your time or money trusting these people to service any of your vehicles. More

Hello its me again. Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now. Go somewhere else! Horrible customer service and poor workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I waited thinking it wouldn't take long since I had a workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I waited thinking it wouldn't take long since I had an appointment. 12:30 comes and I go check on it. I was told oil change wasn't finished yet and it had to have a recall fixed as well. I was told Rick was supposed to have come to talk to me about it. He never did. They tried to call him but if course he was at lunch and no one could reach him. I finally get my car back at 1:30. Sunday - My husband says it looks like my car is leaving oil due to what liked like oil in the driveway. Monday - We do my car off at our mechanic thinking they just didn't tighten something. I get a call saying the oil cap was never put back on and there is oil all over the engine. It was not drivable. Ferman had to tow my car from the mechanic back to the dealership. Tuesday- They still have my car and after calling and leaving messages, no one has called us back. If I could give 0 stars I would More

This is a Service Department Review:So my A/C went out This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues along the way but quietly worked through them. After today I have to say I just have to review. Brian, the service manager I am convinced doesn’t care to serve customers. Shocking, I know. My A/C went on Monday the 26th. I called the dealership immediately and the earliest they could schedule me was today the 28th. That’s fine, we dealt with the sweltering heat of Florida and we’re patient because we do not expect immediate service. However, the problem exists when you tell me that you (Dealership Service Department) can schedule my repair at 1pm and then I take a half day off from work, because you know, I still have to do that (work). I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1:30pm appointment and spoke with service advisor Manny. Manny told me unfortunately they could not get my vehicle in today but I could leave it and they would get to it when they can get to it but definitely not today. No offer for loaner no offer for anything really. I asked to speak with Brian, who we had trouble reaching in the past with other issues and he wouldn’t even give us the courtesy of coming out to speak with us. As in past experience when our vehicle wasn’t painted correctly after an accident, he never returned calls or emails and we had to show up one day and just work through multiple employees to get his attention. So here we are, in Florida, in July barreling into August with no A/C and the best they can go is another week. We are both seniors and the heat is unbearable for us. Not to mention the vacation time I lost by burning a half day for this appointment and will need to take an entire day off next week to get it repaired. We are well under warranty as well as purchased an extended warranty. We will be using a different dealer moving forward as we have HAD IT WITH BRIAN THE NO SHOW! More
