Super friendly I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. While waiting, I always go out and look at the new Mustangs first, then I'll look at other new or used vehicles. Usually one of the salesmen will see me walking around and ask if they can help and I always tell them no, just looking while I'm waiting. This time we had a nice conversation about the new Mustangs, they always ask what year my Mustang is and offer to set me up with a new model. BUT they are never high pressure pitches, which I like very much. I refuse to talk to a sales person who is intent on selling you something whether you want it or not. These guys/gals at Walker are just plain friendly and pleasant to talk to. They understand no and either leave or chit chat a few more minutes. Good people. My car was ready sooner than I expected and the Service Tech had my keys and paperwork ready for me. More

Just Great Service I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he repla I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he replaced the battery for free because it should have been noticed during the previous days service. I will continue to use Walker Ford for all of my service needs needs. Great people..That is just great customer service, Thank You. More

Jay was extremely helpful and found exactly what I wanted I owned a 2005 Ford Conversion Van that was my baby which was purchased at Walker Ford new in 2004. When it finally appeared to be ready to retire, it I owned a 2005 Ford Conversion Van that was my baby which was purchased at Walker Ford new in 2004. When it finally appeared to be ready to retire, it was towed to Walker Ford...first to see if able to repair then to decide to do same or look at Ford autos. A little side note I was ill and the van sat in the lot for quite some time while I recovered. When I was able I returned, decided to move on but with a used auto. Jay Wright was so helpful and found me an used auto (not a Ford) which matched my wants and needs and I left there with my "new" auto. A delight to work with. More
